Small compact hatchback Toyota Aygo is preparing for an update. It is planned for next year, after which the car will be completely transformed in all the markets represented. A new line of engines is expected, as well as a slightly modified design.

According to some reports, the third generation of Toyota's city car will appear as a hybrid car, but this is not accurate information. Still, a hybrid setup is too expensive for this segment of machines and requires additional investment, including platform changes.

But what will change in Aygo III is the design, which will become a little more modern and stylish. We are talking about new optics, as well as a modified body kit and face of the car.

As for the engine, there will be a new three-cylinder engine with 72 hp. on board. Of course this is not much, but for a small and economical city car, just right. But the transmission, braking system and suspension, apparently, will remain unchanged.

The car will appear on the market by the end of 2021, so the wait will not be long. The cost of the new item will be about 10,500 euros, and pre-orders can be made this summer!
